1. Scope
These terms cover use of GOG, a private command-line tool that accesses Google Workspace data on behalf of the account that authorises it. GOG is not a public service and is not offered for general sign-up.
2. Who may use it
Access is limited to the operator and collaborators explicitly granted access. You may only use GOG with a Google account you own or are authorised to administer.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use GOG to access data belonging to anyone who has not authorised it.
- Do not use it to send unsolicited mail or to violate Google's terms.
- Do not attempt to circumvent the access limits of your own Google account.
4. Your data
GOG runs locally and stores nothing remotely. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Availability
GOG is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability, correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose. It may change or stop working at any time, including when Google changes its APIs.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of GOG, including data loss, unintended modification or deletion of messages or files, or interruption of access. You are responsible for your own backups.
7. Termination
You may stop using GOG at any time and withdraw its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Access may also be withdrawn by the operator at any time.
